Bianca joined the Dental Associates of Jersey City team this year, bringing an impressive 14 years of healthcare experience from her background as a nurse. Driven to expand her expertise, she earned an MBA in Business Management, which has shaped her unique career path of opening numerous dental and medical offices from the ground up. This diverse experience allows her to understand both the clinical and operational aspects of providing exceptional patient care.

As a dedicated mother, Bianca finds joy and energy in her family, especially her young son who brightens even her most challenging days.
